Long time no blog.....

Hello again!

I know...I know... it's been months since the last time we posted anything...in fact it may have even been almost a year ....  The only excuse I really have is we've been thrown into the wonderful world of parenthood and there aren't enough hours in the day to blog...at least for me :)  We've been pretty busy over the last year and as you all know we are now a family of four. Our very own Emma Anne was born a month ago.  Life as you can imagine has been crazy but we wouldn't have it any other way!

Welcome Emma Anne!

Hello world!

JeJe and Emma.  Mari's probably somewhere off chasing after little crazy Malia.

Proud Daddy!

Ummm....I'm not too sure about this little baby....

I guess we can keep her :)

The Caymans.....

Ok yes....we realize our blog has not been updated for months....little Miss Malia is keeping us busy!  I know...I know...no excuses but hopefully you'll be able enjoy our captured moments over the last few months.
Awww....  this picture makes me want to order a fruity cocktail :)

Back in March our good friends Rafael and Mandy got marred in the Cayman Islands.  It was AMAZING!  Tony was groomsmen and I just came along for the ride.  Thanks to the grandparents this was our first kids free vacation.  It was truly bittersweet.  All though I loved sleeping in and enjoying a few cocktails (wink wink)....we missed Malia terribly and couldn't wait to get home.

Tony's version of a nap "ON" the beach....

Fun times....

Here's my first attempt to making our own baby food. Apples & Pears and Green Beans & Apples. Malia's a GREAT eater...at least at this point she doesn't seem to be too picky. She'll eat everything she can get her hands on.
Awww...someones teething!
Look whose too cool for school! Thanks Georgia for letting me barrow your sunnies....now all we need is a convertible and fun in the sun!
We just graduated to the big girl bath tub so for now our old baby tub is a boat...in the middle of our living room.....
Yummy....apples!

Look at my banana toothbrush....
Here's a little sneak peak in to our St. Patty's Day photo shoot.
Hmmm....how long is this going to take mom?
Happy St. Patty's Day!
Mom... I'm done with the photo shoot!
Ha ha...
Malia and Marichun....eating...AGAIN!
Looks at Malia's face...."take your picture mom so I can get back to business...eat eat eat!"

Happy Half Birthday Little Miss...

Little Miss Malia is 6 month's old! She weighs 15lbs and is over 2 feet tall :) She's in the 30% percentile for her height but there's still hope she'll be taller than her mama.

These days Malia's all about exploring the world on her tummy. In fact we had to stop swaddling her and lower her crib because she's just about ready to crawl. The other night I walked into her room and she was just sitting straight up playing with the bars on her crib. Our world is going to get a lot more interesting in the next few weeks.

Thank you auntie Caroline for my new stand up toy!
Little miss independent loves to stand these days....
Happy half birthday to me!

Avocado's are a hit!

More please!

Time to eat!

We've decided to start experimenting with solids this last few weeks. Banana's are a huge hit but as you can see..... yams.....not so much. I have a feeling Malia is going to be like her dad and grandma Jude....bring on the sweet stuff!
Seriously....what is this mush you're feeding me???
Hmmm....by the look on her face I'm thinking she still doesn't like the yams...
What's next??? Avocado? beans...carrots???
Our little monkey :)
Nina(our nanny) made Valentine's day cards with the girls this last month. Malia loved the tissue paper...it was a huge hit!
