PEP's

Malia and I finally started our PEP's group this last week. We're excited on so many levels and hopefully we'll have some new play dates soon. As you can see Malia wasn't too excited about this picture but I had to post it. It's going to be fun to look back and see how big these pumpkin's get over the next 12 weeks together.

Christmas is here!!!!

Anybody who really knows me..... knows that I'm a Christmas junkie! I start planning the decorations way before Thanksgiving. In fact Malia and I have been rocking out to Christmas music for weeks! I love watching all the Hallmark Christmas commercials and if it were up to me I would be happy watching Christmas movies all year around. I could never get sick of a little Bing Crosby and White Christmas.

This year is going to be so much more special than years past. We've been blessed with Malia and can't wait to start our family traditions. 1. Santa pictures 2. New Christmas pj's to wear on Christmas Eve 3. When she's old enough I would love to start taking her to the Nutcracker. This was a tradition in my family for years and I can't wait to experience this with my daughter. Bring on the cheer....we're ready!

Where did the month go???!!!

Malia's officially 13 weeks today. From what I hear from all my mommy friends I guess I'm now suppose to say she's 3 months vs 13 weeks. Makes me a bit sad....there's apart of me that feels she was just born last week. Oh well....times fly's and as you can see we have a READER :)

These days we're trying new things like sitting up all by ourselves and tummy time. At first she wasn't too excited about the chair.......

Our good friends Andre, Melissa and Cecilia (Malia's birthday sister) invited us again up to Friday Harbor this last week. It's just what we needed. While the dad's "worked remotely" us new mom's were able to sit back and enjoy our daughter's :)
